In Bucharest, somewhere between 1980 and infinity, a block rises from the ground. On one of those nights when it seems like summer is just purgatory, four tenants gather in front of the block and out of a deeply human need to be part of a community with which to crack seeds, they start gathering the other tenants. And because sometimes a cry just needs to be heard, the tenants listen.
